The 2026-2027 duck stamp (lower pic) went on sale a few days ago. It is the 7th print based on the art of Jim Hautman.
Duck stamps have raised over 1.3 billion for waterfowl conservation – a shining example of the North American Model of Conservation.
Aside from being attractive, Buffleheads are surprisingly important ducks in the harvest – typically about 5th in the Atlantic Flyway and a top-10 duck in the Pacific and Mississippi Flyways.
