Tennessee Delta Waterfowl AMOE

 

These Sweepstakes are conducted in compliance with the Tennessee state law. Tennessee Delta Waterfowl is not required to provide AMOE applicants with admission to the local event outside the participation in the Sweepstakes drawing. However, applicants may purchase a dinner ticket to receive admission to the event as well as Delta Waterfowl membership. AMOE applicants are not permitted to purchase additional entries into any Sweepstakes. Any applicant who attempts to purchase additional entries will forfeit eligibility into the Sweepstakes. Tennessee Delta Waterfowl Director will determine whether all rules and requirements have been met in accordance with the Sweepstakes rules, including, but not limited to; The legibility of handwritten submissions and compliance with submission deadlines. The following requirements must be met to qualify for entry through the AMOE process. All Sweepstakes winners’ information will be recorded upon receipt of a prize.

1	Step 1: Select your AMOE Sweepstakes ticket through the online event site at least 7 days before the event by 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. https://www.deltawaterfowlnashville.com/

Step 2: Mail handwritten 5x7 postcard in blue ink to the Director’s P.O. Box. The postcard must include the event name, applicants name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. This card must be received at least 7 days (September 24th before the event by 11:59 p.m.) THE CARD MUST BE HANDWRITTEN AND LEGIBLE.

Step 3: After steps 1& 2 have been completed, the Director will send a follow up e-mail with your completed AMOE form to reimburse upon your arrival at the event location. All AMOE applicants must bring this completed form to the event and present it to the Director or Volunteer (Chairman) in charge of running the Sweepstakes.
