Delta Waterfowl is The Duck Hunters Organization, a leading conservation group founded in 1911. We work to produce ducks through intensive management programs and conservation of breeding duck habitat. Delta’s international headquarters is located in Bismarck, North Dakota. Currently, our dedicated team consists of almost 100 employees, of which about half work within our headquarters office and the other half work remotely throughout the U.S. and Canada. Our organization has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and this is expected to continue. JOB SUMMARY:
The Website & Multimedia Coordinator supports Delta Waterfowl’s digital presence by creating, updating, and maintaining engaging website content, emails, digital media, and select print materials. This position works closely with the Website and Communications Manager and Marketing and Communications team to ensure digital content is accurate, timely, engaging, and consistent with Delta’s brand, voice, and strategic objectives.

The Coordinator assists with day-to-day website administration, email communications, digital campaigns, content updates, and multimedia projects while supporting efforts to increase website traffic, audience engagement, and email subscribers.
  
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Create and update website pages, posts, digital content, emails, and print materials that align with Delta Waterfowl’s brand, voice, and objectives. 
2. Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and administration of Delta’s websites, including publishing and updating content, images, links, and other website elements. 
3. Assist with implementing strategies and campaigns designed to increase website traffic, audience engagement, and email subscribers.
4. Create engaging email content by building and preparing email communications, including formatting content, selecting imagery, and ensuring emails align with Delta Waterfowl’s brand and communications objectives.
5. Assist with the ongoing management and maintenance of Delta’s email service through Higher Logic, including content updates, scheduling, list management, and basic troubleshooting.
6. Collaborate with the Website and Communications Manager and Marketing and Communications team to execute digital content plans, campaigns, and communications initiatives that support Delta’s strategic plan.
7. Monitor industry and digital communications trends and share relevant opportunities and recommendations with the Website and Communications Manager.
8. Assist with monitoring and analyzing website and email performance metrics and provide information to help identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Assist with photography, videography, event support, campaign materials, and other multimedia projects as needed.
10. Maintain organized digital content, files, images, and other website and multimedia assets.
11. Other job duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1. Associate degree in graphic design, web design, marketing, or other closely related field, and at least two years of professional experience required.
2. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express (Spark).
3. Prior experience working with content management systems (CMS), automated email marketing platforms, and a basic understanding of Google Analytics and SEO.
4. Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to proofread, edit, optimize, and prepare content for digital and print communications.
5. Must work well with the general public and in a team environment.
6. Ability to travel occasionally.
